MSR 20 & Twin MSR 16 Multirotor

As one of the largest medium-sized steel businesses in Germany, Friedrich Kicherer GmbH & Co. KG is well-known for its remarkably wide range of products, in which rebar is an important component. On its 300th anniversary, this Baden-Württemberg company committed further investments to the processing of coil.

The MSR 20/6 MULTIROTOR and TWIN MSR 16 /9 MULTIROTOR straightening/bending machines make a significant contribution to cost-efficiency in production. Both machines work with the innovative forward-feed synchronous progress rotor straightening technology with no hydraulic drives or components. In addition, the TWIN MSR allows for the parallel production of two identical wire diameters and has nine, instead of the usual eight wire positions. Both machines are set up to cope with the short production planning and delivery periods, which are becoming ever shorter. This investment on its anniversary has set Kicherer firmly on the path to a successful future.
