The Radial Master radial bending machine – Bending large-diameter rebar for tunnel, tower, and foundation construction

This rugged radial bending machine is suitable in particular for tunnel, tower, and foundation construction. Rebar having diameters of up to 40 mm, especially for shaping large radii, is precisely bent and forwarded for further processing. All drives are fully electrical. The feeding of the wire takes place manually or automatically with rebar or directly from the coil. Additionally, it is possible to automatically produce several different radii from a single rebar. On the basis of our extensive experience in the production of customized machines, we offer different options for collecting the finished products.

In this context, our specially designed castor table and an adjustable bending table have proven extremely useful; the latter also makes it possible to check the radii by laser. The radial bending machine can also be equipped with a bending machine capable of automatically carrying out all forms of bending at the beginning end of the wire. The comprehensive software allows you to store and manage all data on the various kinds of steel.
