New mesh welding plant BlueMesh
Sansiri, one of Thailands leading real estate developers for town quality houses, town houses and condominiums, has added a new mesh welding plant M-System BlueMesh from progress Maschinen & Automation into its carrousel plant for precast concrete elements. So far, the production of the reinforcement mesh has been produced manually. With the new automated process, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the production and save costs. BlueMesh plants are highly flexible in the production of reinforced steel mesh directly off the coil. The plants are characterized by a very high level of technology – but also by energy efficiency, low space requirements, and affordability. Depending upon customer needs, the plant can be combined with fully automatic bending systems and logistical solutions.
